This process involves the preparation of the dough, to have it ready for the trays. It consist of compiling 30 to 40 dough, in order to have them spread, up to 130 cm, for the Baklawa.
This is a hand made step, where it consist of putting / filling the pistachio and whole nuts in the Baklava trays .
This step consists of slicing / cutting the raw dough, inside the trays.
This step involves the irrigation of the Baklawa Trays with SYRUP, butter ghee
This consists of baking the Bklawa trays inside specialized ovens
This step involves the irrigation of the Baklawa Trays with sugar SYRUP, AFTER it is baked
This process involves the preparation of the finger rolls Baklawa, starting from the sheets prepared previously,filled by whole nuts, then wrapped, before being sliced. This whole process is now fully automated by SAMTEC
This a delicate hand made process, starting from Konafa, shaped in bird nest , and filled by Whole nuts, This process is now fully automated by SAMTEC.
Starting from the white liquid dough, you can have the konafa ropes in intermettint, or continuous production for multiple Baklawa purposes
